I have to say that I love this cover 10000% more than the American version. Maybe that’s my British tastes but still… lovely.

Definitely! UK cover art is always better and more appropriate than US cover art! 🙂 A vote a takeover of British artists doing covers! 🙂

I think this is the WORST WoT cover ever!!! No art, no characters, no nothing. Just some clouds and the WoT logo. Instead of another stunning cover by Darrell Sweet we have some kid’s photo-shop project. In a word–lame.

Hey, not to worry, there will also be a US cover – check out the interview I did with Brandon Sanderson and you’ll see it. 🙂 Being in SA, we get the UK covers, so when I started reading WoT those were the covers I got – I have to admit that I’ve got a soft spot for them. 🙂 But I’m also collecting the DKSweet covers! 🙂

Another vote here for the UK covers. I like them much better! So much classier.

The Darryl K. Sweet covers are awful. I am embarrassed to be seen with them in public. They are more appropriate for the side of a van. This cover is much better.

Well, at least you don’t have to cope with the french version !!! the covers are not as bad as the US ones, but french publishing houses always split the books in 2, so people who don’t have the chance to be able to read fluently in english have to wait twice as long (and pay twice as much) as the ones who can, to read the end of one book.
Otherwise, I love that cover !
